Emails

Settings
Connect the email inbox and choose how the dashboard works. Each box has its own Save button.
Email inbox
The Gmail inbox where attorneys send reduction and settlement emails. The dashboard only reads it — it never moves, deletes or marks anything as read. The password is stored safely (encrypted) and never shown again.
How to get an app password
- Sign in to that Google account and open myaccount.google.com/apppasswords.
- If asked, turn on 2-Step Verification first (Security › 2-Step Verification).
- Name it AHC Dashboard and click Create.
- Copy the 16 letters Google shows, paste them above.
If Google says app passwords aren't available, the ahcpain.com Google Workspace administrator has to allow them.
Checking for new email
How often the dashboard looks in the inbox for new attorney emails. When first connected, it reads the last 7 days of email, then only new email.

Bill size
A bill of this amount or more is marked Large; anything less is Small. On the Cases page you can then show only large or only small bills.
Deadlines
How long a case may wait before the dashboard flags it in red and puts it at the top of the daily summary.
Daily summary email
Every weekday morning, a short email with what needs our answer (late cases first), what came in, what is agreed but not paid, and which attorneys to chase — with a button that opens this dashboard.
